Technical support is provided within the period of your support subscription. Support requests of customers who purchased priority support are considered of the highest priority and are answered first.

Our official support hours are from 8am to 5pm GMT Monday through Friday. The support department is not operating on weekends and public holidays still we try to do our best to keep our customers satisfied so in particular cases might provide the answers during closing hours. JoomSport live chat is available: 8-11 a.m (GMT+0), 12 a.m-3 p.m (GMT+0).
We want you to be a happy customer. If you are not satisfied with any decision taken, product or service we would be glad to hear your feedback via company online form.

Downloads and Upgrades

You can download the product purchased in your members area once the payment is accepted and verified. Product upgrades download are limited by the support period defined by customer during the purchase. For pre-order items the support period starts from the first official public release date. Visit your members area to extend product support period.

Payments and taxes

All payments are handled by our official payment provider Avangate B.V., The Netherlands. Payment gateway provides all the official documents such as invoices, receipts and other. Pricing provided on JoomSport.com pages is NET pricing. Local taxes might be applicable for selected countries. Please check your local taxation.

Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with the software you purchase on JoomSport.com. To ensure your protection we offer 30 days money back guarantee for all the new product licenses. If you are not happy about the product for absolutely any reason you can request the full refund within the money back guarantee period. To receive a refund please submit the query containing your order number. Reason description is much appreciated but not something required.

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Customization work fees
  • Any product subscription renewals
  • Mobile App setup fees

If you request to return your JoomSport purchase and/or receive a refund, you agree to uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your server(s). Also, the license may, in our sole discretion, be disabled to prevent further use.

"Pay as you go" license terms

"Pay as you go" licensed software purchased on JoomSport.com have limited updates and support maintenance period according to the purchase conditions. Once support is expired you are not permitted to use the software. The pro version of the software shall be removed from your site.

GPL license terms

GPL licensed software purchased on JoomSport.com have limited updates and support maintenance period according to the purchase conditions. Once support is expired you can still keep using the software on your site without the access to updates and support. Read the full GPL license terms

"Perpetual license" support and updates

We have stopped providing the product updates for the perpetual licenses on May 2018. We still provide the support service for customers with such licenses. Contact us to request the special conditions if you are Perpetual license holder.
